Polysimplr is an interface for exploring publicly available prediction market data and AI-assisted insights. Polysimplr is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment advisor. We do not execute trades, hold user funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service is permitted by applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Accounts and Access

Certain features may require authentication via third-party providers. Your use of any third-party auth or platform integrations is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, scraping where prohibited, or using the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

6. AI & Information Disclaimer

Outputs generated by the AI agent or presented within the Service may contain errors or be incomplete. All information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on such information.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to, or integrate with, third-party platforms (e.g., Polymarket). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Polysimplr is not responsible for third-party content or actions, nor any losses incurred through third-party services.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Polysimplr, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polysimplr and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in such jurisdiction.
